Seeoon provides mobile car detailing services, which may include exterior washing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, wipe-downs, shampooing, stain treatment, odor treatment, waxing, ceramic spray protection, and related vehicle care services.

Service packages, timing, pricing, and results vary based on vehicle size, condition, selected service, location, weather, water or power access, and other practical factors.

Customer Responsibilities

Payment and Pricing

Appointments, Cancellations, and Weather

Mobile detailing appointments depend on safe working conditions and reasonable access to the vehicle. We may reschedule, delay, or cancel service due to severe weather, unsafe locations, equipment issues, road conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, inaccessible vehicles, or unsafe conditions may result in forfeited deposits or fees.

Results and No Guarantees

We strive to deliver high-quality detailing results, but we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, water spots, pet hair, mold, adhesive, overspray, or other damage or contamination.

Results depend on vehicle age, materials, maintenance history, prior repairs, environmental exposure, and the severity of the condition being treated.

Pre-Existing Damage

Vehicles may have pre-existing wear, scratches, dents, clear coat failure, loose trim, weak paint, cracked leather, electronic issues, leaks, or other conditions that become more visible during cleaning.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage caused by fragile, defective, previously repaired, or improperly installed vehicle components.

Third-Party Services

Our business may use third-party tools and platforms for website hosting, appointment scheduling, payments, messaging, maps, routing, and customer communication.

We are not responsible for failures, changes, or limitations caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seeoon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
